Fall Heating Check

• Checking Gas Pressure
• Testing all electrical components
• Change air filter*
• Ensure furnace safety

Spring Cooling Check

• Cleaning the outdoor unit
• Checking freon
• Testing all electrical components
• Change air filter*

*Air filters to be provided by customer or can be provided by technician at discounted cost.
